Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law.

How to submit a request

To opt out, email [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Info” and include your full name, email address, and state of residence so we can verify and process your request.

Note about the matching service

When you submit a loan request, sharing your information with lenders to fulfill that request is part of the service you ask us to perform. Opting out of broader sale/sharing does not prevent the processing necessary to complete a request you initiate.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
